How to retrieve lifetime license (gold)?

...guess I need it to reinstall MM - it's not working...

But it's 10 years ago I bought MM - I have no clue what the license is... Will I have to re-buy...? Hope not.

Contact Support directly with as many details about the order if possible if above doesn't work.

After many tries I got in to Element5 (10 years old work e-mail - ouch - can't even change it there) - can't see the key anywhere, I give up. Move on. Goodbye MM.

Why didn't you contact support to see if they can find your License. If it was a Lifetime License it would still be valid.
