MM5.db-journal virus detection

I got a Generic.DDE.Exploit.E.EDDCA863 warning on C:\Users\-----\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey5\MM5.DB-journal. It was a month ago, but I didn't see the warning. Do I need to worry?

On the journal file it would be even less likely as it is used for updates to the database file.

Please make sure your definitions are up-to-date and report to the virus software provider.
