Is it possible to ignore comment tag in quick search?

Is it possible to ignore comment tag in quick search? Yes I know that you can click and search title, artist etc.

BUT

I have tagged lot's of tracks from allmusic.com and comment tags are full of reviews, other artists etc. So quicksearch gives me lots of crapanswers.

I don't want to erase comment tags.
