When my Full List is loaded and i push the Orange Pause/Play button, it is not greyed out (no color change, at all). If i push "Play" the cursor moves very quickly to the right, the next songs plays (but, continues at a fast rate from left to right ..... all the while with no Audio. If i push "Pause" it continues to move from left to right moving threw random Mp3s, the only way to stop it, is to "Close". I've d/loaded Foobar2000, it plays fine, even tho i don't care for the Player.

Are you using wav output plugin with the microsoft sound mapper or the sound card for the device, or the direct sound with the ms sound mapper?

Ther was some issues awhile back with the sound mapper maybe they are showing up again on your system? :-?

Also are they true mp3's or some other format that some body just called an mp3.?
Or are they mp3pro format?

There's a misunderstanding ....... i've been using MM for a few years, it's always played fine until Friday Night. And, yes i only do mp3s ..... i serve on SoulSeek ... so there is no issue about mp3s

Hey BluzBug,

Just a guess maybe this could help:

- Go to: File--Add/Rescan Files to Library and uncheck Scan Continuously and Scan on Startup (If you have them checked)

- Then Select all your tracks in your Music Node and Delete them. Of course, select Delete from Library Only

- Now uninstall Mediamonkey fron your computer. I suggest you do not use the Add/Remove Programs that Windows offer because it does not completely remove the programs from your computer (It keeps leftovers from the registry and hardrive). I personally use IObit Uninstaller, Its free and It completely removes the programs from your computer.

- Now reinstall the latest beta of Mediamonkey. After installation, your MM should be empty.

Once installed, recheck Scan Continuously and/or on Startup to put back your music

If this does not help, maybe you can try sending a debug log to support. To do so:

Install the latest Mediamonk Beta_DEbug.Thats the one : http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/MediaMo ... _Debug.exe

Download a program called DBGview : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... s/bb896647

Once both of the above are installed, just run Dbgview while MM Debug is running and try playing the files that are not playing. DBGView will record the log by itself

Save the log and send it to support here : http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... &_a=submit (submit a new ticket)

Hope this helps!
