I'm using TwonkyMobile on my wife's Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and also on my own Samsung Galaxy Note 1.
I am running MediaMonkey v4.0.7.1511 under Windows 7 Home Premium.
When I set the player in TwonkyMobile to "MediaMonkey Renderer" and try to play a FLAC file, I get "Mime type not supported" displayed in TwonkyMobile.
Using the same setup, I can play the same flac files to WDTVLive, so I assume this problem is caused by MM Renderer.
The server is TwonkyServer, running on the same PC as MM.
If I use MM Server, the flac files still don't play on MM renderer when using either of the Galaxy Notes as controller, but I don't see the Mime type not supported" message.
How can I fix this problem?

Dont know how to fix but try to play one again or do it one at a time for every way it dont work, and after each time go in to the options on mma and slid down to debug logs and click them, to auto send them in so they can find the error and fix it.
