This is a skin that I dabbled with a while back and thought I'd share it for anyone who's interested.

that is one of view choices in mediamonkey.
also there is a script called monkeyflow in the addons forum room here that makes it even more like iTunes. if you can get that script to work, some are doing great with it I was not able to use it for long.
