No language except English possible (Build 3005) [#20726]

I found a weird bug. On my Acer Aspire with Win10 the latest Beta runs only in english.
On my desktop-pc with Win11 all languages are available.

Can you please provide more details as to how exactly it fails? Does it have access to the internet?

Internet access is available.
In "Options/General/Interface Language" there is only the english entry.
The folder "Mediamonkey5/locale" (I guess these are the language files) is there and contains 32 subfolders.

Can you try to reinstall? Was this an upgrade or clean install?

I'm not seeing this on 3005. All languages are shown.

I reinstalled 2 times and it was an upgrade.
On my Win11 Desktop-PC all languages are shown, but not on my Acer.

I can confirm. Got same issue since last update done yesterday. I had a German installation. Now it’s English and no other language chooseable.

A debugview might help. Also, can you both clarify your installation scenarios?

i.e.
- Regular install vs portable install
- ruebennase56, prior to upgrading, did you have another language selected ?
- What version of MediaMonkey did you each upgrade from?

- Acer R7 372T Convertible with Touchscreen, Win 10 (22H2 19045.4170): Only english language available
- Custom Dektop-PC, Win 11 (23H2 22631.3296): All languages available
- Both are regular installations
- Acer installation in "C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey 5"
- Desktop installation in "C:\Sound\MediaMonkey 5"
- Selected language on both systems was german
- Upgraded from build 3003

Just startet Mediamonkey and opened Options/General/Interface language

I did a fallback to .3003. German language is back again. In .3005 I tried also create an autoplaylist with volume analysis as criteria, but didn‘t found it. Maybe I‘ve overseen it, cause using German version usually. But I was searching the criteria 2 times without result.

If you still have issue with languages, can you try to open https://www.mediamonkey.com/sw/mmw/2024 ... tatus.json in your browser and send me that file ? Also can try to locate langstatus.json file in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Temp\ folder and send me that file as well ?
