Untick View|Tree, Untick View|Now Playing, and then Tick View|Track Browser is a great view for library management.

It's too bad I cannot use this feature, I have scripts which load in the tree.

Is it possible to create a new folder when browsing the library locations now? That would be a huge improvement for me.

Will it have built-in MIDI playback? Cause, nowadays, it's kinda tough to make it work..

No.

You may both want to consider posting these features to the wishlist forum.

Not from the Location node but from the "My Computer"-node
Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix Find More From Same - Custom Search. | Transfer PlayStat & Copy-Paste Tags/AlbumArt between any tracks.
Tagging Inconsistencies Do you think you have your tags in order? Think again...
Play History & Stats Node Like having your Last-FM account stored locally, but more advanced.
Case & Leading Zero Fixer Works on filenames too!

Friggin awesome view

2 downsides atm though...

1) Sometimes I've got a long list in the browser and I lose my song cause I'm looking through the whole song and I can't find my highlighted song now playing. Thus I can't "find more of the same" or do anything with it :( I tried customizing my buttons on the toolbar to "find more of the same folder" But that only finds the song you have highlighted, not the now playing song. Anybody got a hotkey for me? :D

2) The tree root button leads to a crash if the "tree view" isn't open. Not a huge thing cause most of the time it's closed if the tree is lost, but the 'back'/'forward' button would be nice! I'm using 3.1.0.1228 so I hope they have swished these bugs for my lazy-not-upgrading-butt.

Wow, first let me start off by saying I didn't think you liked anything about MM. Second, wow I missed that one?

Nyn
That is slick. I missed it as well.

Untick View|Tree, Untick View|Now Playing, and then Tick View|Track Browser is a great view for library management.

Edit: Changed Track Browser "Album" to "Folder" and now have a tree surrogate as well.
Great Idea!! Thanks

It looks like it is now possible to maximize a skinned MediaMonkey to both screens in a dual-screen setup. Before, I had to turn of the skin to maksimize it.

How do you go about accomplishing this, mine isn't stretching over both screens??

It works fine here, just stretch it as you would any other app. If the screens aren't the same resolution, make sure you stretch MM over a part of the desktop that actually extends to the other screen.
