no its a windows error, but i can take a guess at it since i too got it one time, the time i got it was just after the cdrom drive's cache dumped its self.
so maybe it means the cache dumped?

Thank you for the response.
Working on it last night, this error code only appears when I try to burn FLAC files. MPGs work just fine. Can this have to do with the larger file size of the FLAC files?

if it is the meaning of what i said. then yes they can be causing the cdrom drive to dump the cache. but like in my first message the meaning of the error is unknown at best any non microsoft employee can hope to do is get a good guess.
