I'm also a DJ and have not found any others than you have indicated. I do use the mixmeister analyzer to analyze and store the BPM of each song.

Hi,
I have been using your script for some time and its fairly reliable, I have renamed 2000+ tracks succesfully. Have you done anymore scripts that are karaoke or mp3+cdg related?

Cheers, STabs

Poison Joe;

I have found a winamp plugin called DanceAmp X which does what you want for winamp (i use winamp as my player as it supports video so much better that mm). I tried it with the mm player but I can't get it to work.

I put this path "D:\Program Files\JetAudio\JetAudio.exe" in and it works fine. I can aslo use QMPand WMPC fine. You will only get an error message if you try to use the MM player controls. You must control Jetaudio directly. You can use the MM play now and Play next buttons to update Jetaudios ...

You can put jetaudio path instead of winamp and MM will use Jetaudio for playing, but the mm player controls won't work.

No idea !! on my MM It only lists the drives I store my audio abd video files. Maybe you have a file somewhere in the library on D: ?? Did you copy or move it with MM or outside of MM ?? You can remove the drive node from the library if you want to without losing files.. Be careful and read any ...

Have a look in the File -> Maintain Library -> Create Multi Artist Album. I think this will do what you need.

Yep your assumption is correct, I use the My computer node to make sure none of the files are in the MM db. I think your correct on the appearing under the location node bit, but I also think that if you move or copy files to a location not in the monitor list they will appear under location also ...

Just tried it out looks great...

I had to do the same change as above and change the check for "Mediamonkey.exe" to "MediaMonkey (non-skinned).exe"

Cheers..

For download: I use a download folder (used only for Audio downloads) I run the files through MP3shield I use Tag&Rename (supports lots of formats) to play them and check quality bitrates etc, update and clean tags (I remove ID3v1 and use ...

I would also like a multi db option. I have CD's I track, Ape and Flac files on a USB external drive at home, and mp3's and Ogg(for phone)on my laptop and managing multiple formats and duplicates is a nightmare. I have tried multiple instances of MM with seperate ini files but they all share the ini ...
