1204: Errors after changing language[FIXED 5078,5079]

I installed 3.1.0.1204 using PT-BR language. Everything works fine.
But, after changing language in Options dialog and restarting MM, it throws lots of error messages (all of them are script related). When MM finally opens, all toolbars are misplaced. It doesn't matter what's the language I'm changing to, nor the skin I'm using.

Initially, MM looks like this (please note the language and toolbar placement)


Then I change language to English and Restart MM.

* Errors say: "Microsoft VBScript Runtime error" and "Object required"

I renamed problematic scripts and tested it again. Errors don't appear anymore, but toolbars are still misplaced, so I think we have two different bugs here.
Changing language back to PT-BR, makes everything work fine again, with no error messages and all toolbars correctly placed.

A similar issue has occurred.
MM works fine when using Japanese language without editing toolbars.
I have confirmed the following 2 issues.

#1 issue
Some toolbar buttons are not displayed normally when I change language to English.
Toolbar buttons are not restored after this issue occurred even if I change language to Japanese again.

#2 issue
Some [Toolbar] sections are added in "mediamonkey.ini" when I edit toolbar. However, some errors seem to be included in the contents.
And many script errors occur when I reboot MM, and toolbars are not displayed.

In either case, MM comes to work fine again when I replace "mediamonkey.ini" with old backup copy.
