1349: Ctrl+Alt+A doesn't show/hide Album Art window [#7585]

Although in View menu we have "Art & Details Ctrl+Alt+A" menu entry, that hotkey doesn't work anymore.
Looking at Options > Hotkeys, I can see there's a new entry called "Video Adjust: Switch Video Mode", with a pre-defined Ctrl+Alt+A hotkey, but the entry is disabled.

Looks like a conflict was introduced.
