Re: with the .exe?!

Check for updates leads to the download page. The only download is the full .exe. Running the .exe in the same location with the same installation settings wipes the previous install. The .ini settings are wiped. The playlists are wiped. Everything. Everytime. Yes, yes and no. This is how updates a...

Re: Media Library and Playlists empty

You can post the link with spaces and we'll fix it (eg. www. website. com). New users can't post links to prevent spam.

If you navigate to Entire Library > Location (enable under File > Manage Collections) you see no files in the Filelisting for this node?

Re: with the .exe?!

This is not how it normally happens. It may mean that: 1) You installed in a different location 2) You installed it differently (portable vs. regular install) 3) You uninstalled the old version, then installed the new version 4) Settings are in a different Windows User account: http://www.mediamonke...

Re: Will it sync with cheap MP3 Player?

You'll need an Android with MediaMonkey for Android or an iOS device if you want to work with Play History (to delete what has been listened to on sync).

Re: Remove middle section of interface

You can close that tab (it's created on each update). If you're referring to the Filelisting (where this tab is loaded) that can't be disabled.

Re: Disk I/O error after PC sleep

The problem is that the connection the NAS is lost/drives on NAS are asleep and thus MediaMonkey can't access the database. This causes the disk I/O problem.

Re: Add a tag to multiple files in multiple folders

You can't select multiple folders (nodes) in the Media Tree. However you can enabled All (Tools > Options > Appearance) and select as many files as you wish in the Filelisting and use right click > Properties and any edit will be applied to all selected files.

as it hangs and crashes several times.
Capturing this in debug logs (step 4b) would be really helpful as MM5 is nearing release: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 30&t=86643

Re: Image Size and Lookup Image [#16805]

A debug log capturing this occurring is likely the best way to resolve: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 30&t=86643
