[REQ] Fade Tooltips on Focus loss

Can you please fade out the tooltips when the application loses focus?

I have a multi display setup and several applications open but the tooltips on the application stays when I switch to others, which is pretty annoying.

Can you please details examples of which tooltips this happens for, which Build (Help > About) you're using and which Skin?
