1351: menu bar UI glitch [7380]

Click on "Menu" with the menu items hidden, when it expands a white bar appears above the tabs about half way across the width of the window.

Probably related but the white glitch appears above the tabs. I'll take a screenshot.

I'm not seeing this on the skinned version on XP.

I can reproduce. Win7 64bit MM build 1351.
