Device Panel issues [7469]

Hello.

The new device node/panel ( I'm not sure how I should call it ) looks very nice.

But there are several issues I noticed:

Most of these issues appear if the window is too small to correctly render all the elements.

Also, and this is more of a cosmetic issue, the "Select Image File" button has an outdated look.
It would look better if it use the skin's "Open file" icon.
