I have one question.

localization_catalog doesn't contain "tips.po".
Is it unnecessary in MM4?
Win10 64bit , MM4.1 Gold , Japanese Lang files
dsp_vst + iZotope Ozone + out_asio , Magic Nodes , Minilyrics

Tips.po is no longer used in MM4 (you'll notice that it's not included in the 'empty' source file).
