Improve Genius URL matching for punctuation, diacritics and ampersands.

- Remove diacritics from generated Genius URLs.
- Normalize dots, colons, apostrophes, brackets and other URL punctuation.
- Try both Genius ampersand forms: replace & with "and", then omit it.
- Preserve an empty title slug when & is the complete title, e.g. Tally Hall's "&".
- Keep the existing lyric extraction, instrumental detection and conservative album fallback behavior.

Works with:

Media Monkey 5 - 2024.*

Changes:

Fix Genius lyric extraction and URL matching for the current Genius page structure.

- Remove commas from generated Genius song URLs, e.g. "Well, I Have".
- Add a conservative album-page fallback when the direct song URL fails: use album/album artist/track number, require a single safe candidate and a similar title, and never modify tags automatically.
- Normalize lyric punctuation: replace 3 to 6 periods with an ellipsis and replace spaced hyphens with en dashes.
